about flourproof

flourproof came out of a love for food and a love for flavor. i first started cooking and baking gluten-free ahead of the chinese new year in 2025. it started with dumplings for my girlfriend and blossomed into bread, pasta, my test kitchen, a love affair with gastronomy, and now, flourproof.

based in the Seattle, WA area, i’m selling all through the spring and summer to break bread with you all and to help fundraise so i can pay for culinary school at Johnson & Wales University this fall.
